The service
BotPortrait is an Android application that generates football-themed portraits from photographs using artificial intelligence, including processing through Fal AI’s infrastructure. Features may evolve; descriptions on Google Play and this site try to stay current but occasional lag is normal.
Your responsibilities
- You own or have permission to use any photo you submit.
- You will not use the app to harass, impersonate, or mislead others.
- You understand that AI output can be imperfect, uncanny, or unexpectedly stylised.
- You will not attempt to break, reverse engineer, or overload the service.
No treasure map to other users’ data
BotPortrait is not a marketplace for trading personal information between users. The application is not designed so that one user’s private details are passed to another as part of normal use. What you share outward — screenshots, exports, messages you send yourself — is outside these terms in the sense that you choose the audience.
Notifications
Optional push notifications may be delivered via OneSignal. You control alerts through your device settings. A device token or equivalent pseudonymous handle may be used so the notification system knows which handset to ping — not so we can write a novel about your private life.
Privacy snapshot
The developer does not collect personal data in the sense of assembling a dossier of your identity for its own sake. Technical identifiers used for delivery of pushes or basic analytics may exist at the level of a unique ID. Intellectual property
Your original photograph remains yours. The generated portrait is produced for you subject to these terms and any usage rules imposed by Google Play or applicable law. The BotPortrait name, visual identity, and codebase belong to the publisher unless otherwise stated.
Disclaimers
AI is not a referee with perfect vision. Results may vary with lighting, pose, and model behaviour. The app is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for third-party platforms where you choose to post images.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed in your jurisdiction, Your Ajency and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use BotPortrait. Some regions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is capped at what the law says it must be.
Governing approach
We prefer good-faith conversation over courtroom drama. If a dispute arises, contact us first at the email on the Contact page. If formal jurisdiction is required, the laws and courts of the place where Your Ajency legitimately operates will apply unless mandatory consumer rules where you live say otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms when the product or the law shifts. The new effective date will appear at the top of this page. Material changes deserve a moment of your attention — we will not hide them in microscopic type.
